Ms. Nimfa T. Villamayor

Nimfa Villamayor has more than 20 years of experience in various environmental and social development projects. She provided services to various companies as part- time consultant or as full- time lead on external affairs and social development specifically on issues management, capability building, regulatory compliance, socio- economic profiling, social preparation and IEC, community project development and implementation, community and government relations, and stakeholders engagement. She serves as ne of PCEAS resource persons on Basic Training for PCOs and is an accredited Trainer for Advanced Module Training on Environmental Impact Assessment. Nimfa has 15 years experience in oil and gas as external affairs lead handling community relations, crisis communication, reputation management and corporate social responsibility. She has organized and facilitated seminars for community capacity building. Currently she is one of the Faculties of Ihelp Coaching and Business Solutions conducting trainings on soft skills.
