Is a registered Chemical Engineer who is highly capable of developing Environmental Management System (EMS) for Power Plants; conducting audit on Environmental, Health and Safety of Industrial Plants; and in developing Multi-Partite Monitoring Team (MMT).  Systems and Audit.  He has long years of experience as Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO); an accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Practitioner (DOLE), and holds a Safety Officer’s Permit from Department of Energy. 

Jess has a wealth of experience in carrying out all the company’s Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) goals and objectives that promote, create and maintain an environment compliant, health conscious and safe facilities operation all year round, and is adept in sharing his skills and knowledge to willing participants and partners.
