Engr. Teodoro P. Guerrero, Jr

Is an industrial engineer who has significant years of experience in assisting business units and establishments in securing environmental requirements with government agencies. He also has a long term of service as outsourced- Pollution Control Officer of a company who manages environmental compliance, monitor sources of pollution and serve as the company’s representative to these environmental regulatory bodies.

Ted, who is one of the advisers and trainers of the Pollution Control Association of the Philippines (PCAPI) Chapter 4A, is highly skilled in organizing and facilitating forums, trainings/seminars, and has also established functional relationships with the regulatory department (i.e. DENR-Regional Offices), Local Government Units (LGUs) and other environmental institutions and organizations.
